I spend over 27 years working as a government Contractors leading and managing multiple multi-million dollar tasks, Projects and Programs, locally, nationwide and worldwide. Lessons learned, “Once you master the skill of "Service of Excellence" any task "large or small" " simple or complex" is executed with the same level of services, world class service. Two programs that stand out is the Reconstruction of the Pentagon where my Team and I worked from the inception to completion and met the one years Anniversary after the attack. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity where I received a letter of appreciation from the Pentagon Secretary of Defense. The second Program was leading and managing the Infrastructure upgrade for all fourteen campus buildings in Chicago, Illinois. This is what I bring to my Real Estate Investing and Private Money Lender business, Honesty, Integrity and Commitment.
